A Day at Gardner Village

We decided to grab Jessica, Hunter and Nana to go on a little adventure to Gardner Village! It was a perfect day! Baylee was able to go on a horsie ride and go to the petting zoo, which was more of a 'hugging' zoo for her :) She loves animals and was in her element there!

Boston's 2 Weeks

I took Boston in to get his 2 week pictures today and he was pretty cooperative! I tried to get Baylee in on them and that seemed to be the hardest task! She's usually all about getting her picture taken, but she did not want to today! I finally talked her into giving Boston a kiss and told the camera lady to be ready to snap and she got it!

Boston Anthon born!

Our 'big' boy finally came! Boston was born on September 1st at 9:18 pm and weighed in at 9 lbs even and 21.5 inches long. We had a lot of in house support there with both Grandma's and Jessica. We also had a lot of support waiting :) Baylee had been playing with Papa all day and came up with him as soon as Boston came! It was a wonderful day and so great to have another perfect, healthy baby!

Kentucky Derby... ready, set, & go!

We had the chance to go to the Kentucky Derby this year! It was a once in a lifetime chance ... hopefully we'll be able to do it again, but if not, it was amazing! We went back with Mom and Dad. Dad's horse business Gulf Coast Farms, had a horse racing at the Derby. His name was Cowtown Cat! It was so fun to feel the intensity of the crowd and we jumped right into the action ... other than the Mint Julieps that most everyone was drinking as part of tradition! That and the fancy hats were a definate part of Derby weekend! Tone learned how to pick winners pretty well by the end of the 1st day and by the end of the 2nd day we realized we didn't quite break even but it was still worth it! We had great Kentucky weather, even a bit of rain at The Oaks races.

Dress-up Baylee!

I was busy in the kitchen one morning when I realized Baylee was being too quiet ... this is what I found when I went looking for her! She had gotten ahold of my make up and luckily she hadn't poked out an eye in the process! I was laughing so hard and had to snap a few pics before and after she was all cleaned up again!

Jessica and Tyler's Wedding!

Tyler Gnehm married my cute sister Jessica on September 13th! It was a beautiful day in every aspect! They were married in the Salt Lake Temple and had the same Temple Sealer and Anthon and I. It was an amazing ceremony and reminded me of the promises Tone and I had made not too many years prior! Baylee was a delight and it was fun to be part of another wedding so soon after Lynsie's! They had their reception in my parents back yard and it couldn't have been more perfect! Jessica and Tyler are an awesome couple and this day was a testament of that!

Nin and Ken's wedding!

Kenneth Sheffield married our cute sister Lynsie Kay on August 26th in the Manti Temple. We all stayed at a darling bed and breakfast down there and enjoyed being together! That night they had a reception in Kaysville which was beautiful! The next week we all took the trip to Washington and had another reception there. The weather was gorgeous and again we loved being together!
