What to do when it snows 18"?!

So today we got hit {hard} with the white stuff! Like 18" hard! Crazy!! So what do you do when it snows that hard?? Well I deep cleaned the house while the kids looked out the window :) (well they played some too)

then Tone came home and the kids wanted to go play in the snow so we bundled them up and undertook the challenge of shoveling it all! Luckily our {awesome} neighbors helped with their 4-wheeler a little too! I made it down the sidewalk and thought I was going to die! Bay was in heaven and Bos found himself a little spot to sit and watch :)

wasn't that nuts? I was blown away by it! I shoveled the walks around 1:30 and no less than 20 minutes later they were filled with two more inches. It sure was pretty!

K, we live at the south end of Salt Lake valley, and we have absolutely NOTHING here, as far as snow goes, and haven't had for a while!! Isn't that the craziest thing! I'm kind of jealous, but kind of glad too, cuz I'd have to be out shoveling. The boys have just been playing outside in shorts and long-sleeve shirts. Wierd Utah weather!!

that was insane. i had to go to farmington to pick up the license plates for our suv and witnessed 3 accidents. CRAZY! the freeway was a mess, the streets were even worse. i could do without another storm like that for a looonnngg time!
[it was fun to play in though... both my boys went out and played too!]

I love snow days when you're not going anywhere! Watching from inside where it's warm is the best! I'm ready for spring tho:) How was club sat? I was sad I missed. I'm excited for you to be a demenstrater- Ry does real estate some saturdays, so I'll try to drop in when I can:) You'll be great!! You're always making the CUTEST things:)

Jennie! Thanks so much for the comment on my blog:) I thought the recycled stuff was ok, but that it was surprising that they charged $52 for the mirror and $36 for the rug...I just expected that they would be cheaper than other mirrors and rugs and stuff made from new stuff...? How have you been? Love you!
