We love that at least something is new on tv! Although we miss 'The Office' 'House' and countless other shows that we spend too much time watching ... :) we continue to love American Idol! Our favs since audtions have been Brooke White and David Archuleta ... and yes it's cool that David is from Utah and Brooke is LDS ... but we'd still love them even without those couple things! Our second favs are Michael Johns and Syesha ... they are all unique and rock! It'll be fun to see what happens ... even though the voting on A.I. is as bad as the election for US President! I still think everyone should be able to vote one time (not as many as they can in 2 hours!) and whoever gets the most votes at the end should win ... crazy how this doesn't seem to make sense to everyone :) maybe someday!

Finally! Pics of house
I've been planning on posting these for a while now! We've been moved in for 1 month now! Time is flying! I still can't believe we broke ground on Oct 10th and here we are! Tone said it would go fast and he was right! Our yard still needs some TLC along with a little painting of are hardyplank and staining the timbers ... Tone always needs a project though :) We love being in here and hope between the weather getting warmer and more of our neighborhood getting filled in, we can make some good friends here too!

'Breaking Dawn'
Ok ... I know lots of us have gotten hooked on Stephenie Meyer's 'Twilight' series ... she just put out a release date on the 4th book in the series! Yeah! I was thinking late fall, but it's August 2nd! I can't wait! If you haven't read these books you're missing out! Superbowl XLII
We had a SuperBowl party tonight and I failed miserably at taking pictures! I usually take way too many and I forgot to take even 1! Sad, I know! To start ... we had so much food we didn't know what to do ... I think we all ate more than we watched the game! It was an awesome game however, for anyone who missed it ... the Giants kept it close and it was great to see them pull out the victory! It was a nail biter and went down to the last few seconds! We had Mom & Dad, the Skeem's, the Sheffield's, the Gnehm's, Joe & Jenn & Brax, and us ... it was a house full! I decided I'd post my favorite recipe for the night, though there was many, was from Nin & Ken ... they were these awesome Veggie Squares ... so next time you need a good treat, here ya go!
-2 packages Cream Cheese
-1/2 package Ranch
-2 cans Crescent Rolls
-2 tbls. Mayo
-Chopped veggies (peppers, broccoli, shredded carrots, onions ... etc)
roll out the dough on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 til golden brown, spread the mixture of cream cheese, mayo, and ranch and top off with chopped veggies. Cut and serve :) Trust me, these are awesome! Well that's it for tonight ... I really suck with the pictures but Go Giants! We had a fun party anyways!
